visual identity - Oz Hair Studio
Oz Hair Studio is a collective of stylists who specialize in working with the natural texture of your hair, whether it's straight and fine, or thick and curly, they strive to create easy to style looks that make their clients feel confident!
I am lucky to have created the visual identity for arguably the best Ann Arbor area salon! They needed a minimal logo that could reflect the serene and intimate nature of their new space. Each of the three stylists has a different colored band to visually reflect the different skill sets they bring.
For the business cards we incorporated a space on the back for clients to write down appointment dates, color formulation, or product notes.
Various lovely humans (and a few cute pets) who have been kind enough to let me photograph them.
logo - Amber Stutzman
Amber Stutzman is a Great Lakes based fiber artist.
We came together to make this fun logo that gave a slight nod to both embroidery and vintage thread spool tops. The goal was to have a logo that gave some hint of her top notch aesthetic but was simple enough not to distract from her body of work.
For the business cards we again looked for a simple solution. This vertical design features contact information at the center with various colored logo iterations.
A handful of views I've seen. More to come soon!

collaboration - Sour Spirit
Sour Spirit is a local experimental noise band. They wanted a way to produce merch while on tour so we came together to produce a hand carved block which they can stamp themsleves while on the road.
